Check Relays

These Relays protect the generator from various conditions

Gen Lock Out trips when the generator has a fault.

Turb Lock out trips when above check relays indicate a problem.

WOT indicates if the turbine TNT valve is wide open throttle. Otherwise the generator and turbine will trip. To warm up the turbine we leave the DC off until the governor is regulating turbine speed and the TNT valve is opened fully. If a trip happens we need to shut off the DC to allow the trip plunger to reset. Like the burner logic this can changed to suit a particular plant scheme.

These Controls are not fully engaged to ease starting of the SA demo. Also a reset is provided in case one cannot find all the nuances involved in starting up out of sequence or after a trip.
